SPA ETIQUETTE
Prepare properly
Before the treatment, it is important to emphasize your personal hygiene and appearance. It is good to put aside the thoughts of everyday life and focus on renewing your energy.
Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time for a proper briefing and a relaxing shower before treatment. Schedule time to use the pool, jacuzzi, sauna or hammam before each treatment. After the treatment, relax in our lounge and allow the essential oils and minerals to seep into your body and mind.
Dress Code
We offer bathrobes, towels and slippers to every visitor. A swimsuit is necessary for the use of the Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and pool.
Preferences
Please let us know if you prefer a male or female therapist when you book your appointment.
Cancellations
Please show respect to your therapist and other guests who wish to receive a treatment by notifying us of cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, we are required to charge you half the cost of the treatment.
Delay
Delays to your appointment may require us shorten the time of your treatment.
Personal Belongings
Cocoon Urban Spa is not responsible for your personal belongings. For most treatments, keep in mind that it is necessary to remove your jewelry.
Children
